Fiestas Patronales de Tabara Arriba 2011
Entre las manifestaciones culturales del pueblo destaca la celebración anual de las fiestas patronales, teniendo como patrón a San Miguel Arcangel. La misma es celebrada entre los días 21 y 30 de septiembre de cada año y en ella se escoge una joven como reina.
Las primeras fiestas patronales fueron organizadas en 1958 por Emilio Caminero y José Mercedes Ramirez, siendo la primera reina la señorita Teresa Carrasco.
Es costumbre también que durante las fiestas se realicen intercambios deportivos entre los miembros de la comunidad. Son muy populares los atabales o fiestas de palos, días de vela y noches de vela. Estas consisten en cultos de sacrificio a los santos en la que se cantan los palos que no son otra cosa que tambores y cantos o salves acompañados de una guira y una maraca.
